英國衛生安全局（UK Health Security Agency）亦發出最高級的第四級高溫健康警報，警告熱浪將影響民眾健康，不論是健康或高危群組都可能出現酷熱引起的疾病或死亡。該警報同時觸發國家緊急狀態，唐寧街官員周五已開會討論應對措施。
英國2021年引入極端高溫紅色預警，今次是首度發布該警報。現時英國最高溫紀錄為2019年7月25日錄得的38.7度。
