〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕今年是香港移交中國24週年，昨天也是港版國安法頒布實施一週年，英國外交大臣拉布（Dominic Raab）再度為香港民眾發聲，他也強調英國對於香港情況不會置若罔聞，「不會把歷史責任推卸給香港人民」。
英國外交大臣拉布在推特上表示，從該法頒定之後，全世界能看見這項法條並非保護公共安全，而是被用來壓迫人民的權利以及自由，他強調，北京政權的行為繼續違反《中英聯合聲明》。

在香港回歸中國24週年之際，拉布也提及「香港的生活方式和經濟繁榮，取決自政府對基本人權自由和法治的尊重」，他更強調「英國不會對香港置若罔聞，也不會將歷史責任推卸給香港人民」。
